Nolan Arenado Could Buy The Most Expensive House in CO Springs in 40 Games

Nolan Arenado just signed the biggest sports contract in Colorado history, and the biggest per-year deal for any position player in Major League Baseball history. Eight years, $260 million. That equals $32.5 million per year. So to wrap my head around it all a little, I decided to find out what the Rockies third baseman could afford to buy in Colorado Springs...

Turns out the most expensive house in town is only $8 million. So if my math is correct, Nolan could buiy it after playing just 40 games next year!!

According to Zillow, here's what he'd get;
