Colorado tattoo Shops Offering Free Cover-Ups of Racist, Hateful Tattoos

We all make mistakes. Owning up to them, and fixing the hurt caused is the best thing we can do.

A program to cover up racist, prejudice, or hateful tattoos for free has hit Colorado. The program, called Redemption Ink has existed for a few years, but its mission is more pertinent now than ever.

Tattoo shops around America are participating. This includes a couple in Colorado that we've heard of. The Fallen Heroes Tattoo shop in Colorado Springs and Benjamin Keating, an independent Loveland artist.

If you have racist or prejudiced tattoos you'd like to get covered, you can apply for the "Redemption Ink" program here.
