ABC News says President Trump's thinking about giving Tiger King's Joe Exotic a Presidential pardon.
The President is expected to announce more pardons over his last weeks in office and an attorney for Exotic, or Joseph Maldonado-Passage, said "We are waiting on the pen to hit the paper. We think we are very, very close."
