Every Wednesday I dig through the Missed Connections of Craigslist around Colorado and always find some interesting/entertaining stuff. However, today may have been my favorite find yet...
It comes from Manitou Springs and it reads this:
You were in Manitou Springs the day of the Mardi Gras parade in Manitou Springs. You had blonde hair and looked to be in your 20's. You also had a tiny chicken with you. You said it was your pet. You were with some guy, not sure if he was your brother, friend, or lover. But regardless you seem like a unique person and I'd like to get to know you. If you happen to be reading this please email me with the name of the pet chicken you had, it's gender, and possibly a picture of them to help identify if it is really you! I still remember it's name, gender, and what they looked like. You even told me the breed they are but I forgot that part.
I am not sure what intrigues me about this so much... Is it the pet chicken, is it the attention to detail, is it both? I am not sure, but I do know that I love this way too much... And now I kind of want a pet chicken!
