Cops Get Called to a Greeley Fast Food Joint Over 'Sauce'

Once a week or so, my hometown newspaper, the Greeley Tribune, puts together what they call their Cop Log. Basically they compile the weirdest stuff that the cops encounter over the last month or so in Greeley and Evans, and print it for the world to see. Today, it's the story of the argument or sauce at the fast food restaurant resulting in call to the police...

Feb. 14th, Noon: Police received a call from a fast-food restaurant in the 2700 block of 11th Avenue. The caller got into an argument with a manager "over sauce." The manager threatened to call police, so the caller wanted to get in touch with officers first to "give her side of the story."

I wasn't at the restaurant at the time of this incident, but I must say that I work really hard for my money, and I also hate pretty much all types of sauce, so if I go and order a burger and it has sauce on it after I ask for it not to, I am not happy myself. Usually though, the restaurant is rather understanding and makes me a new sandwich. I often fear they spit on my new sandwich, so I am just going to assume this customer actually witnessed this happening and that's how we got to this point... Maybe not, but it makes for a good story!
