A couple of girls who wear wearing leggings or yoga pants were denied entry onto a United Airlines flight from Denver to Minneapolis this weekend and it caused quite a stir around the country.
United’s initial response was that they “shall have the right to refuse passengers who are not properly clothed” caused even more of an uproar.
Later they backtracked a little saying the girls denied “were not in compliance with our dress code policy for company benefit travel.”
Now Untied says leggings are all welcome.
My question is why were they ever even in question to begin with? Just about every woman I know from age 2-65 owns a pair of them these days and never have I felt like they were crossing the line by wearing them...
