There have been numerous Colorado folks on America's Got Talent over the years. So many that I would put our talent against any other state's any day. Yet another showcase of that was on display on the show last night.
This season alone Mandy Harvey, who is from Longmont and went to CSU, stole the hearts of America as she sang an original song after going deaf.
But Mandy will have some stiff competition from her own state as an a capella group from the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs showcased their version of One Direction’s “Drag Me Down.”
In the Stairwell, as they call themselves, got three "yes'" from the judges and moved onto the next round even though Howie Mandel looked unimpressed the whole time and even gave the guys an "X."
