Active Military and Veterans Get Into Colorado State Parks Free in August

I don't know about you, but I think if you put you life on the line to defend a place, you should probably get to visit all parts of it without paying.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife agrees with me, at least for a month, as all active military members and veterans get free admission to every state park this August.

In order to get the pass,  just show your proof of military service at any state park office. They’ll give you a hang tag that will get their vehicle into any park you want.
