Fort Collins Now Has a Gourmet Mac and Cheese Restaurant

Everyone loves mac and cheese, if you don't, go to the doctor, because you must be lactose intolerant. And although all mac and cheese is good, some is better than others, and I have a feeling this new place in Fort Collins devoted to the dish is going to have some pretty good stuff!

According to the Coloradoan:

A new restaurant called Mac'd Up has replaced an old TCBY store at 2638 S. Timberline Road in the Rigden Farm development. The establishment celebrated its grand opening Friday.

The restaurant has a dozen specialty macaroni and cheese bowls offered including buffalo chicken, crab cakes, Philly cheesesteak, green chili, barbecue pork, pesto and Coney Island hot dogs.

Customers can get plain macaroni and cheese or build their own bowls. All of the specialty toppings can also be ordered over french fries.

The restaurant also has those Fuzzy Taco's-style slushie drinks, so now I MUST go!!
