The movie It has not only brought a ton of people to the movie theaters, but it has also inspired a bunch of pranksters around the country to tie red balloons to storm grates, much like you see in the movie. It happened in Eaton, CO this week, but the cops didn't let it bug them.
I have a feeling it had nothing to do with pride for the Reds, but good for the cops in Eaton not taking things too seriously!
