A report released Monday by Gallup and Sharecare finds that exercise is on the rise in the U.S., with a record-setting 53.4 percent of Americans reporting that they regularly worked out three or more times a week in 2016.
I am not sure what they categorize as "exercise," but I am pretty sure that getting off the couch to get snacks and beer doesn't count. So sorry for bringing the number down for our area, but it doesn't seem like I hurt us much...
