There's a book coming out tomorrow called "Let Trump Be Trump: The Inside Story of His Rise to the Presidency". It's from Trump's former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski . . . and it includes some details on his diet.
For example, the book says that a typical dinner for Trump when he was on the campaign trail was: Two Big Macs, two Fillet-o-Fish, and a chocolate malt. That's roughly 2,600 calories, more than most adults should consume in a whole day.
The book says, quote, "On 'Trump Force One' there were four major food groups: McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, pizza, and Diet Coke."
And they say his plane's cupboards were stocked with, quote, "Vienna Fingers, potato chips, pretzels, and many packages of Oreos, because Trump, a renowned germaphobe, would not eat from a previously opened package."
(This story was in "The Washington Post", but if you don't have a subscription, you can find some highlights, here. They got an advance copy of the book, which would be a great Christmas gift idea for that one family member who STILL hasn't had their fill of politics.)
