Girls Scouts Can Now Sell Cookies Outside Of Dispensaries In Colorado

A few years back one smart cookie, no pun intended, decided she would take advantage of a new law in Colorado that allowed the legal sale of marijuana, by setting up her Girl Scout Cookie sale right outside the doors of a dispensary. The big wigs at the Girl Scouts found out and put a kibosh on the deal, but it opened the door for what just happened.

Last week, the Girl Scouts of Colorado sent out an email stating members are allowed to sell cookies outside “adult-oriented” businesses as long as their parent or guardian approves.

Knowing a few Scout moms, and how bad they want to sell these things, I have no doubt that there will be a setup outside of every single dispensary in our state by next weekend.

I cannot wait to see this year's numbers, compared to last!
