There's a bunch of maps out there that show what each state likes or does most, but they are based on website data usually. This one from Buzzfeed actually shows what people from each state say.
In this case what they say is the most popular food item from their state.
In a lot of states, the people there voted for their signature food . . . like bagels in New York, deep dish pizza in Illinois, cheesesteaks in Pennsylvania, poke in Hawaii, maple syrup in Vermont, and barbecue in Texas.
Colorado chose breakfast burritos, and I couldn't agree more!
Really the only weird state is Alaska, where they chose ice cream... Isn't it too cold there for that?
