It's always dicey launching a new music festival, but Dierks Bentley tells People he's planning to have a blast at his inaugural Seven Peaks festival no matter what.
"If nobody else comes, I’m going to have fun," says Bentley. "That’s the goal--just me having fun and doing something really personal that has meaning for me."
In fact, he even admits that his own personal fun was why he decided to set the fest in Colorado. "Selfishly, I set it there just because it gives me another excuse to go back to one of my favorite states in the country," he explains.
Seven Peaks runs August 31-September 2 in Buena Vista, Colorado.
