Did You Know You Can Make Wine With Grape Juice and an Instant Pot?

The Instant Pot is the greatest culinary invention since the knife, and it just got better!! That is because some genius figured out how to make wine in one!

According to Delish:

By taking a 64-ounce bottle of Welch's Grape Juice, a cup of sugar and a packet of Lalvin Red Wine Yeast (plus a few other tools, which he details on his blog), Murphy produced a "palatable" wine that he says tastes like a Merlot with hints of dark cherries and raw chocolate. But don't expect anything too fancy out of this Welch's into wine hack. Murphy says it's similar to "an extremely pleasant table wine" that would cost about $8-12 at a store.
The other catch? There's nothing instant about making wine in an Instant Pot. The entire process is so complicated and time-consuming it takes 48 hours to make the wine and then it needs to be stored in a cool, dark place for at least another week.

But hey, if you're in a pinch...
