I have always lived by the rule, "if it doesn't affect anyone else, let people do what they want, and stay out of their business." This story falls in this category I think.
Two Colorado towns, Loveland and Castle Rock, are meeting tonight (April 9th) to discuss allowing farm animals like goats, pigs, and ducks in their city limits.
I have never heard of any of these animals making too much noise or being violet, so they shouldn't be a problem. My vote is "yes," let people have a pet duck if they want one!
