Personally, I think every dog deserves a loving home. So on a day like today, I simply remind you to keep your options open the next time you want a new friend.
Today is #NationalRescueDogDay. It's a day to celebrate dogs who have been rescued, but to also raise awareness for those who haven't gotten as lucky yet.
So to keep things short and simple, please don't forget our local humane societies the next time you plan to get a dog.
