CableTV.com recently gathered data to create a list of the best states to seek refuge in if and when a zombie apocalypse should occur. They designated each U.S. state as one, two, three, and four, with one being the safest and four being areas with the lowest likelihood of survival. According to a summary by Mental Floss, these 10 states are your safest bets:
- California
- Iowa
- Nebraska
- Minnesota
- Illinois
- Kansas
- North Carolina
- Wisconsin
- Indiana
- Washington
