Here Are 2019's Unhealthiest Chain Restaurant Orders

Most of us are watching calories, and not trying to get as many as possible, but if for whatever reason that statement doesn't fit you, here's what you should be eating!

Each year the Center for Science in the Public Interest, a nutrition and health-conscious consumer advocacy group, hands out its annual Xtreme Eating awards. Also known as, the unhealthiest chain restaurant orders.

This year's highlights include the Cheesecake Factory's cinnamon roll pancakes, which have 2,040 calories, 51 grams of fat, and 137 grams of sugar. Also orders from Jimmy John's, Maggiano's, Cracker Barrel, Top Golf, Chili's, and Dave & Buster's.

My favorite though, Sonic's Oreo and peanut butter Master Shake. 1,720 calories for a 32-ounce size. Eating this, according to the CSPI, would be equivalent to downing "15 Oreos blended with half a cup of lard."
