If you live in Colorado, you should probably assume that winter will be cold and snowy. But if you need the Farmers' Almanac to reassure you, here you go...
The 2020 Farmers' Almanac is predicting the coming winter "will be filled with so many ups and downs on the thermometer, it may remind you of a 'Polar Coaster.'"
The guide calls for above-normal winter precipitation over much of the United States including the Great Plains (Colorado included).
This year's Farmers’ Almanac also suggests "a memorable storm producing hefty snows for the Great Plains during the third week of January."
Another Polar Vortex?!
