Since 2015, an organization now called "Free the Nipple Fort Collins" has fought to remove the words "the breast or breasts of a female" from the community's public-indecency ordinance. Those words will officially go away later this month.
A a federal judge ruled that the ordinance violated the 14th Amendment in February, 2017, but it has remained in the law book... Until now!
The city counsel decided to stop defending the ban in May, and the law will officially come off the books on Sept. 17th.
So you are now FREE to free the nipple!!
