According to the new report, decorating for the holiday will likely boost a person’s mood, and also bring back happy childhood memories. Such feelings will likely translate in a person being more social, and could even encourage someone to do-good, which will also boost their mood.
Christmas decorating can also motivate people to be more neighborly, since those who decorate appear “more friendly” and “open,” plus things like wreathes and Christmas lights can be good conversation starters.
So I guess, if it stops you from having road-rage and yelling at people all the time, then get your dang tree out already!
