The weather folks at CBS 4 in Denver are saying we could be on target for the snowiest winter in several years.
After the snow on Monday, Denver logged 40.7 inches of snow so far this season. Last season, Denver was 9-inches below normal, logging 48.1-inches for the season. As you can see, we're already ahead of last year and we haven't even reached our snowiest month (March).
The two previous seasons sucked with only 21.8 inches in 2016-2017 and 25.7 inches in 2017-2018.
We could be on target to receive more snow tonight into tomorrow morning, but it'll probably just be flurries.
After tomorrow, we settle into a warming and more "normal" pattern for this kind of year.
Since we got hammered with that snow in November, it seems like we have been dealing with the snow on the ground longer than average this year. Do you love the snow or are you ready for spring?
