MUSIC AWARDS CANCELLED
Out of abundance of caution and to limit potential spreading of the COVID-19 virus, we have cancelled the Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards on March 13, 2020.
iHeartMedia and Big 97.9 continues to celebrate the talents of local musicians and we will recognize them with the awards they so richly deserve. We also respect the gravity of the situation and want to do all we can to keep the performers, presenters, listeners, and our families safe and healthy.
We respect the messages being sent by the governor and his staff and the Weld County Department of Public Health who have all recognized that the best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus. We hope to honor the local country music scene in the near future.
TICKET PURCHASES
From the Union Colony Civic Center - "Patron purchases will be refunded to the card they were purchased on. Patrons purchasing with cash or check will be contacted by phone."
