These are the ideas that keep me up at night...
Call me crazy, but for years I have suggested that investors needed to bring back drive-in theaters. Nearly all of the 330 left in the U.S., and the eight left in Colorado are packed every night they are open, but the business still is nearly extinct.
So what better time to rive them than now? People staying in their cars still promotes social distancing, but brings people out of their houses to save their sanity as well.
How much is some land, a big blank billboard, a projector and a radio transmitter for the sound? Seems like a great investment to me!!
