Here's some good news for everyone who loves Chipotle but worries about carb loading in the middle of the day with one of their giant scoops of rice.
Chipotle is going to start testing a new cilantro-lime cauliflower rice at some stores in Colorado and Wisconsin starting tomorrow. The cauliflower rice is VERY low carb, but still has the taste and texture of rice. Well... sort of.
They're going to charge $2 extra for it. There's no word on when it might go nationwide.
