I have a strange fascination with Casa Bonita... Who doesn't, though. It's the Disney Land of Mexican food, and it's right here in Colorado. This story is about as strange as they come though.
In the late 1970s, Samuel Hernandez was winning diving titles. 40 years later, he wanted to dive at Casa Bonita. However, they didn't hire him because he was 76, so he is now suing for age discrimination. You can read the full story here.
If I were in charge of the restaurant, I'd hire this guy tomorrow and promote the heck out of it. Who wouldn't want to suffer through some really bad tacos and enchiladas to see this?!
