If you’re eating at a fast food joint, chances are you’ll be having fries with your order and you may even be using ketchup, cajun spices or other toppings kick things up. Of course, every chain offers their own variation, but Mashed.com wanted to see if Chick-fil-A’s Waffle Fries or McDonald's Classic Fries could be declared as “better.”

Each has it’s fans and there are big differences in the way each is presented, but this website says McDonald’s comes out on top. But then, they’re also not for vegetarians, and certainly not vegans. That’s because McDonald’s fries are cooked with natural beef flavor. As for the waffle fries from Chick-fil-A, they’re great – but it’s a dip in BBQ sauce that apparently pushes them into the ‘win’ column.
