Remember the Super Bowl Streaker? Update: His Mouth Blew It for Him!

Remember the "Super Bowl Streaker," who claimed he won $374,000 betting on HIMSELF to rush the field?

Well, that guy, Yuri Andrade, just got some bad news: He WON'T be cashing in.

The online sportsbook Bovada says it's "voiding" his bets . . . and all the other streaker-related bets that they've found to have "had knowledge" of his pre-planned attempt to run on the field.

A spokesperson said, quote, "Our players have always trusted us to ensure the integrity of all props offered. We'll continue to make sure that any publicity stunts or ill-intended behavior cannot adversely affect the outcome of a player's wager."

It's still unclear what Andrade actually bet. He originally said that he bet $50K on himself, but there was a $1,000 limit. He later clarified that he got a bunch of friends to make bets on his behalf and they COMBINED to win $374,000.

Bovada isn't canceling the whole prop bet. They ARE paying out for those their "internal investigation" concludes did not have insider knowledge of the stunt. And those who bet that nobody would streak during the game will have their wagers refunded. So, they're trying to make it right for everyone else.

But it won't be that easy.

At least one person is claiming that Bovada canceled their bets . . . and terminated their account . . . and they had NO knowledge of Andrade's plan.

This person bet $800.00 that there would be a streaker, and was in line to rake in $6,000.

It's unclear why their bet was flagged, but for the record, it was for a high amount, it was made using Bitcoin, and it was made three hours before the game.

Bovada didn't say how they're determining what is and what isn't suspicious.

Our Take...

If the guy would have kept his big mouth shut, he probably would have gotten away with it!
