Short and simple - time for the judgment - what's your advice for Erica in Scott and Sadie's Life Court?on on his phone and was sitting there clicking away texting or writing on his work messenger. I could see an older man in the waiting room looking at him because the clicking from typing was annoying. So I texted him and told him to put his phone on silent because he was being rude, but he claims it's not rude.

So my question for you guys is it rude to have your sound on continuously texting or typing in a public place around or other people?
