It looks like men and women have different approaches to this post-pandemic summer. Women are looking for a "hot girl summer" full of carefree fun, while men are looking to settle down with something long-term.
According to a survey by Dating.com, 63% of men say they're looking for a serious relationship this summer. Just 37% of women are into that . . . while more than 60% say they plan to engage in "hot girl summer," maybe with a fling or two.
I'm just spit-balling, but perhaps single women found confidence in their independence during the quarantine, while men felt a stronger need to find a partner to go through the next tough time with?
