Every weekday Shawn Patrick sheds some light on some good news with His Good Vibes Story. Here is today's...

A woman in Batesville, Indiana, witnessed a heartwarming act of kindness by two young boys. Jacqi Hornback watched as the kids stopped riding their bikes and playing to pay their respects as a funeral procession for a veteran passed.

She posted about the moving moment on Facebook, writing that the boys “immediately jumped off” their bikes and “waited patiently for a few moments” when they realized what was happening. Hornback says that when “Taps” began to play, “they both stood with arms behind their backs, silently the whole time.” After the gun salute at the military funeral, the boys hopped back onto their bikes and rode off.

“To see these two young boys immediately stop and pay their respects to a passed serviceman, without any prompting or knowledge of anyone watching, was just so touching to see," Hornbach explains. She says their community is very patriotic and that this moment made her realize “there is still so much good left in this world.”
