The most coveted crown in rodeo pageants is Miss Rodeo America, and that crown now belongs to a Colorado girl!
Wellington, Colorado's Hailey Frederiksen was crowned the 2022 Miss Rodeo America at the pageant held in Las Vegas this last week.
Contestants compete in the areas of appearance, horsemanship, and personality and are judged by "four individuals selected who are experts in their fields, knowledgeable in the sport of rodeo and the equine industry and whom have a love for the western way of life," according to the Pageant Judge application.
