Here's something you don't see everyday... Someone is going to try and push a peanut to the top of Pikes Peak, a 14,000 mountain with his nose!
Bob Salem will attempt to become the fourth person in history to accomplish the feat, according to a news release from the city of Manitou Springs, and his effort will coincide with Manitou’s 150th anniversary and celebration, and is billed as part of its official festivities.
The 59-year-old will setout on his peanut journey via the Barr Trail on July 9, and hopes to reach the summit by July 17th.
