Brothers Osborne dropped another new track on Friday (May 26), giving fans another impression of their forthcoming, soon-to-be-announced project.
“Goodbye’s Kickin’ In” follows the recent release of “Rollercoaster (Forever and a Day),” “Might As Well Be Me” and “Nobody’s Nobody” last month. Mike Elizondo produced “Goodbye’s Kickin’ In” from Brothers Osborne’s next album, which will be announced soon, according to the duo’s record label. That collection will follow the reigning Country Music Association Duo of the Year winners’ GRAMMY-nominated Skeletons, which released in 2022 with a deluxe edition that followed last year.
“As musicians, we’re constantly evolving and pushing ourselves to new heights,” the duo’s John Osborne said, per Brothers Osborne’s record label. “With our fourth album, we’ve teamed up with a new producer, Mike Elizondo, and embraced his approach to our sound and story. Our expectations were already high and he absolutely shattered them. It’s exciting to see where this journey will take us and we can’t wait to share this sound with everyone. Life and art are about growth and taking risks, and we’re ready to take on the challenge.”
The award-winning duo — made up of John and TJ Osborne — have been lifelong songwriters, and began to perform for friends and family while growing up in a small town in Maryland. Now, their career has launched them to nationwide tours with other powerhouse artists, including Chris Stapleton, Eric Church, Little Big Town and Miranda Lambert, to name a few.
