RaeLynn revealed a snippet of an unreleased love song as she teased her newest era of music in 2025.
The former contestant on The Voice offered a sneak peek of one of her newest anthems on Instagram on Thursday (December 26). The lyrics see the singer arriving late to church and admitting she nearly didn’t attend the service. She notices someone in the third pew, and despite “a sad and sinking feeling you’d be too good for me,” that person saw through “all the messed up parts of me,” and she “found me some amazing grace.”
“I showed up late and hungover/ Hell, I almost just stayed home/ But there you were in the third pew/ Hands up singing every song/ I had a sad and sinking feeling/ You’d be too good for me/ But you saw through my messed up hair/ And all the messed up parts of me/ That was the day I found me some amazing grace/ You’ve read the Bible front to back/ Ain’t scared of the skeletons in my past”
Earlier this year, RaeLynn released “Funny Girl,” a heartfelt letter to her younger self, and confirmed she was working on her third album. RaeLynn’s latest project is BAYTOWN, a 14-track record titled as a nod to her hometown in Texas. That album arrived in September 2021. The country star has also since released “Raisin’ Me A Country Girl,” “Broken One,” “What’s Wrong With That?” and other singles. RaeLynn did not confirm the title of the unreleased song or announce a release date as of publication time on Friday (December 27). She captioned the clip, “About damn time 2025 ✨👀🎀” Watch it here:
