There is a “national day” for everything, but some are much more meaningful than others. Like today's, National Margarita Day. I feel like lime juice and tequila are soulmates, and this is the drink of the gods, but some versions are better than others.
As far as Northern Colorado goes, I personally thought that there was one go-to for the best margaritas, and that would be the Rio. Heck, they are so good they will only let you have three of them.
However, according to Yelp, where people go to review local businesses, the Rio did not make the list.
