Single parents can now download a new dating app tailored to them. STIR is a platform from the same company that created Tinder and OK Cupid.
The purpose of Stir is to connect single parents, which is a community of 20 million in the U.S. that “are oftentimes underserved on mainstream dating apps,” the company said in a release.
It allows users to show potential matches when they have some "me time." It's designed to make sure the calendars between potential matches are coordinated. The company said single parents "are oftentimes underserved" on other apps meant to connect people.
