Carrie Underwood is being sued by songwriter Heidi Merrill for allegedly using her work without permission. Merrill claims she submitted her version of 'Game On' to Underwood and her producer back in 2017, and was denied. Then a year later, Carrie realeased a version that sounds very similar.
