The Stanley Hotel is Recreating the Titanic's Last Meal

To celebrate the 106th anniversary of the Titanic's final meal, the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park is recreating said meal. 

The 10-course dinner includes oysters, poached salmon, beef sirloin, an old British pigeon meat delicacy called roasted squab and a peaches in chartreuse jelly dessert. It will all be served in the same order it was on the ship in 1912.

The meal also comes with win pairing and a performance by illusionist Aiden Sinclair.
