Pretty Sure Someone Called the Cops on a Guy in Greeley Who Needed T.P.

Once a week or so, my hometown newspaper, the Greeley Tribune, puts together what they call their Cop Log. Basically they compile the weirdest stuff that the cops encounter over the last month or so in Greeley and Evans, and print it for the world to see. Today, it's the story of a man who was in the bathroom of a bank, sent a note for help, and got the cops called on him...

Nov. 23rd, 1:30 p.m.: A bank teller in the 800 block of 7th Street called Weld County dispatchers because a man had handed her a note saying someone in the men's bathroom needed attention. The note did not specify if the person in the bathroom needed medical attention or if the note writer was trying to warn employees about a robbery.

Although they never said what actually happened when the cops arrived, I am 95% sure this dude simply needed some toilet paper. If you have ever been in a situation like this, you know how awful it is. I feel bad for the fella!
